The fully automatic end of line machine caps newly produced steel drums, while preparing them for the final quality check. This assembly line consists of different operating stations designed and produced by Verborg Engineering.

The drum flanging/curling machine brings sustainability to production, excelling in performing tough tasks. This semi-automatic machine, known as the drum bump flanger, effectively shapes both ends of a welded drum. This process makes the drum stronger and easier to move within the facility.

The weld seam flattener offers a high-speed solution to ensure leak-free drum closures. Engineered to cater to multiple open head and tight head drum manufacturers, this machine excels in flattening the weld-seam along the upper edge of the drum shell once the weld has been applied.

Drum palletizer

This semi-automatic palletizer is custom made for it's designated space. It's ergonomic design is user-friendly, making it easy for operators to stack drums on different levels on the pallet. With the ability to lower the pallet deeper into the floor, the machine provides a way to stack the drums on ground level every time a new row of drums is started.

The steel drum end stacker/unstacker ensures a steady workflow in high-capacity settings while remaining user-friendly. Crafted with an ergonomic and intelligent approach, this machine seamlessly integrates into the production line without causing disruptions. Available in two versions —stacking and unstacking of tight head drum ends— this versatile system can also be tailored for open head drum lids and similar products.

Tailored for both semi-automatic and fully-automatic operations, this machine is exclusively crafted to ensure smooth lid seaming onto tight head steel drums (TH-drums). The machine's innovative design offers two versions: a standalone configuration for semi-automatic functionality, or an in-line setup for fully automatic operations.

This fully automatic machine is specifically designed to transport plastic liners and place them into steel drums. Built to integrate seamlessly into an existing factory, it connects a plastic liner production line with a steel drum production line.
