At Verborg Engineering, we design and realize custom production stations tailored to the specific needs of the process technology industry. Whether it's a standalone unit within a larger process line or a critical piece of equipment for a pilot setup, we work together with our customers to develop solutions that match their technical requirements. The design process is based on the P&ID, which we use as a practical tool to ensure a clear and functional layout from the earliest stages.

We offer support not only in the construction of new production stations but also in the modification and upgrading of existing ones. Over time, process demands can change — new products, different operating conditions, or stricter regulations — and we help adapt your installations accordingly. If necessary, we can also rebuild or expand our previously delivered systems to extend their functionality.

Thanks to our broad experience across different areas of process technology, we are also able to assist in reviewing and improving your P&ID documentation, helping you identify optimizations in both design and operation.

Example project: Rinsing & drying installation.

A strong example of a custom-made production station is the rinsing and drying installation shown below. This machine was designed in close consultation with the customer to deliver a solution that perfectly meets their specific requirements.

Built in compliance with strict guidelines, the installation not only performs the rinsing and drying processes but also precisely controls them. Using specially treated water for supply, rinsing, and drainage, the system continuously monitors and adjusts key parameters, including flow rate and temperature. The same level of control applies to the active drying process, ensuring consistent product quality.

During the design phase, careful consideration was given to both ergonomics and the overall footprint of the machine, resulting in optimal handling and maximum efficiency.
