Plastic profile printer

An easy to integrate printer with endless possibilities.

This modular profile printer is custom made for printing colors/patterns on plastic extrusion profiles. These machines are mainly customized for the furniture-industry (skirting boards and cover profiles).

A typical set up for these machines consists of 3 machines in line. The same profile goes through the three of these machines automatically. One machine applies a pattern (for example a wood-pattern), the other machines apply the color or multiple colors using ink.

A smart servo control system provides the precise way these machines work together.

Verborg Engineering has several of these machines in the field, it is a standardized design.
