Steel drum octagon stepfeeder

Reliable and consistent flange feeding.

With it’s smart design, this stepfeeder automatically checks, alligns, and feeds octagon drum flanges into the input of the production line.

The flanges are placed in the machine by the operator, the machine has the ability to automatically filter out the correct flanges and rejects the other parts. After that, the flanges are fed to the next machine with a consistent allignment / positioning.

This machine is available for ¾ inch and 2 inch flanges. These flanges are used as a part of the production for the lid of tight head or open head steel drums.
