Tri-Sure octagon flange measurer

Trustworthy and extremely accurate measurements of 2” octagon flanges.

This machine is used for checking and testing 2” octagon flanges. These flanges are used for different lids for different types of steel drums.

In this semi-automatic machine, the flanges are placed by the operator. After placement the flank diameter, gauge, height of the collar and height of the flange are measured with an accuracy of ±0,02 mm.

These measurements are done relatively quick, as every measure unit can be measured simultaneously, allowing 8 flanged to be measured at the same time.
