Machinefabriek Verborg has a lot of experience in the field of fully automatic positioning, processing and assembly of products. This is demonstrated in the wide variety of technologies Machinefabriek Verborg has developed and applied over the last 20 years:

Radial riveting technology: applied in CNC-Riveting, Flathead-Riveting and Special Solutions in order of Philips and AXA.
Fill & Close Technology: Developed and applied in, among others, the End-of-line machine
Indexing Technology to transfer products accurately: Developed and applied in, among others, the Detonator Cap Assembly Machine
Pick & Place Technology: Developed and applied in, among others, the Product shuttle, the Core Drill and the Weld Flattening Machine.
Assembly Technology: Developed and applied in the assembly of drum caps (bungs), drum seals, blasting caps, etc.
Sharpening Technology: Developed and applied in grinding machines in order of Brabantia. The grinding machines are able to sharpen cheeseslicers and corkscrews automatically
