Multi spindle riveter

Special purpose riveting machine for bicycle locks.

This semi-automatic riveting machine was a special purpose project for bicycle lock manufacturer AXA Stenman Industries N.V. It involves a multi-spindle Radial riveting head which is able to perform 6 rivets at the same time. The rivet positions are fixated for an accurate and high quality riveting cycle.

With the bicyle lock being placed in a special product-holder, the result of the cycles being consistent is guaranteed. The machine is made in a way that two operators can provide a doubled throughput for the production process (Calculate R.O.I.). There is an input and output side to this machine, each side has an operator placing / removing the product. The inlay and removal of the product can be performed while another product is being riveted.
