Hydrostatic Test - IBC Containers

Effective tester with a small footprint.

This hydrotester for IBC containers stands out due to its compact size and rapid testing process. With the capability to perform a pressure test, an IBC container can be thoroughly examined for potential leaks. This setup provides an efficient and precise method to ensure the integrity of the containers, with a remarkably short testing period.

The decision to opt for a pressure differential test as the testing method was driven by practical considerations. The pressure differential test offered a combination of quick testing time and cost-effectiveness, which was ideal for this application on IBC containers. Additionally, the precision of this testing method was found to meet the specified requirements.

The transformation of the pressure differential test concept into the final machine design, along with its production, was carried out under the management of Verborg Engineering. This resulted in a well-functioning end product.

The machine has been designed as semi-automatic. With ease of use in mind, the shape of the bottom of the frame allows for effortless lifting by the forks of a forklift, enabling easy relocation.
