Drum bump flanging / curling machine

A reliable solution for strong production steps.

The drum flanging/curling machine brings sustainability to production, excelling in performing tough tasks. This semi-automatic machine, known as the drum bump flanger, effectively shapes both ends of a welded drum. This process makes the drum stronger and easier to move within the facility.

Moreover, flanging prepares the drum for attaching tops and bottoms of tight head steel drums. Once flanged, the top is securely attached using a seam (done smoothly with the Verborg Lid seamer).

For open head steel drums, this machine also curls the top edge while flanging the bottom, similar to tight head drums.

The flanging/curling equipment is designed for easy changes and self-centering, making it user-friendly while keeping high productivity.

Built robustly with a hydraulic system, this machine ensures strong and controlled movements, essential for successful flanging/curling.
